Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is shown on the voucher.
The flight must be taken before the voucher expires. Please book early, as dates (especially weekends) get busy.
Experience vouchers are for the specific experience and aircraft stated. Monetary vouchers may be put towards any experience.
Vouchers can be upgraded to a longer flight or different aircraft by paying the difference at the time of booking.
If you bought your voucher online, by email or by phone, you may cancel it for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as it has not been used. After that, vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Expired vouchers cannot be used or refunded. We may extend a voucher at our discretion, but are not obliged to.
Each voucher has a unique code and can only be redeemed once. Please keep your code safe; we cannot replace lost vouchers or accept responsibility for codes used by someone else.
Vouchers may be given to another person, but may not be resold or offered as a prize without our written permission.
Once a voucher flight is booked, our terms and conditions apply, including our 48-hour cancellation policy. A voucher booking cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or not attended, counts as used.
All flights are subject to weather, availability, and our weight, height and age limits.
If a flight is cancelled by us due to weather or operational reasons, it will be rearranged and the voucher will remain valid for the new date.
